• By means of separate innovative companies, in which it has shares or in the activities of which it takes part, the company develops criteria for risk investment and implies them on particular technologies in which transfer it has trade interest

• Creates:
  -    laboratory complexes for certification during the process of technologies transfer
  -    technology laboratories with instruments and apparatus that can be rented and used for the completion of the innovation or for adaptation of the transferred technology

• Expresses trade interests and protects the intellectual property

• Finances the initiation of personnel and serves as basis for the creation of research personnel, committed to the company

• Creates possibilities for the enhancement of the qualification and motivation of the personnel of the owners of innovations or transferred technologies.

• Plans and accomplishes trade unification or pool with innovators and/or owners of the transferred technologies, by creating Project Managing Companies at the starting point of new innovative and hi-fi technology productions.

• Identifies markets and accomplishes market breaks.

• Accomplishes financial and technological co-operation with industrial partners, as well as with owners or clients of the transferred technologies.

• Controls the quality of the technology during the construction of capacities for the regular production of the transferred technology

• Makes bargains with intellectual property

• Operates trade representatives and renders legal accompaniment to the innovative projects and transfer of technologies.

• Accomplishes consulting activities in the full cycle of ‘idea - implementation’.
