In order to
be an adequate participant in the fulfillment of the Russian and European
innovation and investment policies for the creation of innovative economy and
technology transfer, ICITT has the following main functions:
-
ICITT
exercises complex juridical, technical, financial and marketing
functions in alliance with the “International Unit of Stock Producers” (IUSP) for the purpose of assisting to ICITT in the interactions with
the competent Russian organizations for identification and selection of
innovations and technologies for the transfer in Bulgaria and EU, and as well
for the identification of these innovations and technologies that are needed
for Russia to be transferred from the EU countries to Russia. Together with the
Russian organizations ICITT will offer technologies and innovations from
Bulgaria and the EU to the Asian-Pacific region which will help in the creation
of transnational innovative corporations.
-
ICITT
is an investor and/or represents investors and negotiate with the technologies
owners for the way of investment and participation in the technology
development. ICITT develops methodologies and instruments for the decrease of
investment risks and performs monitoring of the legal framework of the
innovative processes and the transfer of technologies.
-
ICITT
develops his own laboratories that are necessary for the quality-control of the
technologies and innovations. These laboratories develop particular trends,
whose analyses enable the understanding and adaption of the specific Russian
technologies to the conditions of the EU and Bulgaria, as well as the opposite
– the technologies, developed in the EU and Bulgaria can be transferred to
Russia and with Russian assistance to the countries of Asia and the Pacific
region. Joint developments with innovators are also possible.
-
ICITT
cooperates with banks and financial instituions from Russia, Bulgaria and the
EU in order to attract international private, public and institutional funds as
well as financing by programs of the EU and Russia. According to this aspect
ICITT would scrutinize the possibility of
operating with rouble currency for the financing of the transfer of
innovations and technologies from Russia and to Russia in the Russian stock
exchange markets, creating specialised financial instruments for investment
during the process of the transfer of technologies itself. ICITT is a joint-stock company and disposes of
