The third International Forum on "Innovative development through intellectual property market was held on April 26 2011. The International University in Moscow, brought together about 200 participants from 18 countries, including from the CIS countries, Britain, Germany, Israel and the U.S.. The forum was held under the International Day of Intellectual Property under the auspices of the UN is their central event in the intellectual property, both for Russia and the CIS countries.
